Using Diamond, customers can easily convert complex processes into digital flows themselves. In contrast to complex systems, where changes have to be requested, scheduled and executed by an external party, employees at Markel can quickly perform these tasks themselves with Diamond.
This makes it easy to digitize repetitive tasks such as registering visitors using forms with automatic actions. Even Markel's complex processes, such as digital post-calculation of policy costs, damage reporting, applications and UBO requests, can be built with Diamond without the need for an entire team.
Connect to Markel's processes
Diamond offers various features that perfectly match the processes of insurers, such as Markel. With the white label options, forms, e-mails and documents can be used in different corporate identities. Logic and dependencies can be applied for complex processes with various components, which can differ per end user. This means that the end user only sees the relevant questions and topics.
With the system integration functionalities, it is possible to digitise complex processes by integrating with existing systems for retrieving and storing data. For example, we are currently investigating whether we can realise a link with the Sanctions platform for UBO research.
