Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Nederland ICT Conditions 2020 apply to all offers, deliveries and agreements of Fenêtre bv. These have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce under number 30174840. In the event of a dispute about the explanation or interpretation of these terms and conditions, the Dutch version will prevail.
