Create a new item

Create a new item on the "Meldingen" (1) tab. Next click on New (2) and fill out all the mandatory fields. 

Our support team receives a notification for each new item. All communication about an item you created is registered within the item itself. 

Tip: Turn on e-mail alerts and get a notification every time your item is updated. See Set up email alerts for instructions on how to turn these on.
